I have ordered a cake from Indiacakes.com. when I was ordered there was no mention of extra delivery charges. On the date of delivery date, they reach out to me saying the delivery address is to far and I need to pay an additional Rs. 275 for them to be able to deliver. I denied this saying this was not mentioned at the time of placing the order. Also they are have disconnected the call without giving me the clarification. they will put you on hold and disconnect the call after that or will behave with you in a cheap way. This is their pattern. One of the worst place to order cakes and their customer service is very rude. Finally they are saying if u want u can cancel your order(just 30 mins before). Beware of this company. They are just scammers
