I have a worst experience by shopping from indiacakes.com because I placed my order on 16th February a half kg butterscotch cake to deliver on 18th February, But the order has been canceled on the end of the delivery date.Before the delivery date I chat with them about the order and they said that yes your order will be placed on time, and on the date of delivery I asked them about the same and they said that it will be delivered by 7pm and I wait till 7 PM but the cake was not delivered and I again spoke to them then they asked me to wait till 9pm and they said me that your order is on the way and I waited till 9pm then also the cake was not delivered. Then again I chat with them at that time they said that your order has been canceled because it’s a remote place. Is this fare?? I didn’t think so i ordered the cake on my mom’s birthday but Indiacakes.com cheated me . I’m so sad because of this. And I paid money for this but till now it is not refunded. Stop cheating your customer, if you don’t know how to treat them well stop this business.
