This is the worst website to purchase the cake.Kindly avoid placing any order on this website.I placed an order with them and they delayed the delivery to such an extent that I lost interest in that cake and not only this the customer support was nonsense they don’t even know how to talk and the franchise owner was saying like that M not gonna deliver the cake do whatever you want.and I was talking to them through my official id so you know what kind of revert they gave just have a look

Looking at her post she should be polite and should not use obsessive language while on phone
You should warn such employees who take advantage of their Post in welknown companies and un necessary harass vendors taking advantage of company they work in
