** BE AWARE *** PLEASE DON’T GET FOOLED LIKE ME. I am not person who generally come out and write reviews, However this service was so pathetic that is the reason I had come out to write this review.
Recently, I order this cake three days ago and paid a extra **350 rupees** for the surprise delivery(it wanted to surprise, but however I was surprised by India CAKES - The worst I had ever had). However, they didn’t deliver at the right time and they will delivery the cakes on their *** Own sweet time*** probably it will arrive the next day, next month and or even on the next b’day...
I tired reaching them several time they did not pick up and I was totally pissed off with the service and wrote an exam asking to refund money (cake+delivery) but they did not respond to my exam nor picked my call, The delivery the cake the next day before 9 pm on their sweet own time means I was fooled on the cake was not been delivered at the right time and I was charged for the surprise delivery.
I am guy who take chances even with a bad reviews but I don’t want even my enemies to be cheated by the fraud-ed commitment company NO STAR for them. If you are not able to reach them or they are not proactive enough to reach you, do you think it’s a good service. It’s not about time or money, It is about "HOW Smart enough not to get fooled by them."
