Pls find the below in details about my bad experience from this site around 3 months back.
As per the order(bearing no: 100004268), Indiacakes is supposed to deliver the following items: "Half kg eggless black forest cake" and "Happy birthday greeting card between the slot 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM on 22-Aug-2013.
But only "Half kg eggless black forest cake" was delivered at 05: 45 PM(which was behind the schedule by 03 hr 45 mins) and the delivery boy confirmed that he was asked to carry only cake(on reply to receiver’s query about the "Happy Birthday Greeting Card").
And also I inquired at customer care and I got the response like "They would try to initiate the delivery of card at that time(07: 05 PM)"
Customer has to do regular follow ups with Indiacakes team to ensure the delivery of all items in proper time.
Here first thing is, the card was not delivered at all and secondly, the cake was also not delivered within given time slot for which I was charged Rs.350/-
So I was expecting the below amount(Rs.500/-) to be refund but I did not get any response from their side even after sending reminder mail & calling to customer care.
Happy birthday greeting card - Rs.150.00
Shipping & handling - Rs.350.00
Pls think several times before ordering anything from Indiacakes.com!
