Order No. 100040697 DATE: 25-11-2014. THIS IS MY FIRST EMAIL TO THEM.Yesterday I had placed an order with India Cakes. The price of the cake was Rs. 850. I wanted to get the cake asap so I chose an option of delivery time between 8am - 2pm. I HAD PLACED THE ORDER ON 24TH NIGHT.
A person called up from your side naming Faazal ON 25TH AT 2PM. He told me that egg less cake is not possible. I told him its already 2 pm now, so when can I expect the cake to arrive. He said I will send another cake by 5pm. I asked him to either cancel my order, which he denied and said not possible. So I told him that as I am getting cake in the evening now so kindly refund my extra money which I paid for fast delivery. Extra money amounts to Rs. 500 for the delivery time between 8am to 2pm as mentioned in your website.
Kindly refund my money asap.It was a bad deal to order from your site as my son for whom I had booked this cake will get it late now.

I GET NO RESPOND.
Then they delivered another cake instead of Chocolate truffle cake. I CALLED THEM AND SAID WHEN I HAD ORDERED FOR CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE, WHY THEY HAVE GIVE ME CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE CAKE FROM CAFE COFFEE DAY?
THIS CCD CAKE COST IS RS. 450 HALF KG. WHEREAS I HAVE PAID RS. 1350 IN TOTAL.
A TOTAL LOSS FOR US.
They asked me to email again with the picture. After insisting again and again that I want to talk with the Manager, they never allowed me to talk with any senior person.

NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM INDIACAKES. THEY ARE FRAUD & ONE DAY THIS COMPANY WILL BE CLOSED, THE DAY IS NEAR.
