I saw this link of good looking stuff from indiacircus.com and happen to like the designs and bought two Samsung mobile covers. Firstly till you buy the items from this site everything is just like any other website but what happens after that is the real story.
First I had no clue about my products being shipping or not after a week of buying the products and I was the one to follow up with them and then they said at first today they’l be dispatched by evening. After a few hours i get a call saying the order cannot be processed as its out of stock..Then after 2 days i get the courier of the covers at my door step totally unnoticed that they have been dispatched.
They covers were of horrible quality hence i requested for a return and refund. Hence left a mail with reference to my concern which was totally ignored and not replied for 2 days and since my money was at stake i had to angrily call for a revert and then the rude executive read the mail and said you need to courier back and no refund will be given only credit note :( :( :(
I regret the very day I saw this website and shopped and have my money stuck. I want my money back and i swear to never shop from this website again.
P.S : Statutory warning do not shop from this horribly expensive website with even worse customer service and no refund policy.
