I took two services from indiafilings. And believe me it was a nightmare. Few repeatable characteristics of this company:
Sales guys will be after you till the time you have not paid money for the services. But once you pay the money then you have to go after them for your work to be done.
It may take 2-3 months for your work to be done. I’ll explain you what will happen if you take their services:
Sales rep will assign your case to some other person and then you would not know who is dealing with your case.
They will not give direct number of that person. So every time you will call them, the call will go to reception and then it will take 3-5 mins to identify which person is working on your case.
3.Once that is identified the reception guy will tell you that "Sir that guy is busy in a call and will call you in sometime".
- Guess what....you will never receive the call from that guy.
5 You will again call them next day and this may happen again
Contact a local CA and he will charge 1/3rd of what they charge. Atleast you can go and visit the CA if you have some doubt.
Beware.............
I dont even want to give them 1 start. Pathetic service.
