I paid this company Rs.15899 for my company startup.
Once I maid the aishwaryasingh23ment, I was not satisfied with their customer service, so asked them to refund my amount.
Believe me this company is totally Fraud company, customer service is more than worst, no response to any mails to the info@indiafilings.com or to their customer / finance team.
Its has been more than a month and still chasing them to get my amount refunded, but whenever I called them, they usually makes lame excuses that you will get the refund in next 2-3 days and when try to connect to their finance team for more info they would casually say we will try to process you request maybe in next week, but that week never comes its just get post-pond to another and it goes on.
I asked them to refund my entire amount for Rs. 15899, but they just send me the text on the mail that we will deduct min 20% of the amount & will refund your amount in 20 - 22 Days, it has been 1 month & 4 days & I’m still chasing them for my refund. Why are you calming that 20% while you can not even refund my amount within the given deadline by you.
I’m trying to connect to Mr. Ashfaq, who is Senior Enterprise MAnasultanger in this company, biggest liar & fraudster, never replies to any mails, when try to connect with him on the call will disconnect the call, I have so feed up from their customer services, really unproffesionals, would not really care about their customers because they have the money they want now
Really unprofessional & fraud company.
Would suggest each member please don’t invest your time & money on this Fraud company.
