I contacted them last month regarding my brand registration. They were helpful and sweet at first. I told them I will get back to them in a few weeks. I called their associate many times wishing to proceed with my registration but he did not answer. I went ahead with another company because of this. Their associate Samuel, who hadn’t picked up, started to call me 6-7 times a day even after I cut the call. He would also call on weekends. When I finally spoke to him, tired after the continuous spam calls asking him not to disturb means continuously especially since I was in a meeting. He had the audacity to scream at me, the customer. His words were “one second, let me conclude, if you knew why I was calling you, you should have picked up.” And then proceeded to scream at me. This is not the work ethic or professionalism one should have. If one is trying to sell a product/service and the customer is cutting their calls. The associate needs to be understandable. Not spam call at odd hours of the day and especially not the weekends.
