I have order for cake & gift to be delivered at my home(Anand-Gujarat) on my mom’s Bday(27th April).I have paid them Approx 1000 bucks in advance. They didnt deliver the gift on 27th April & not bother to inform me as well.
I kept on waiting for whole day.Also they close their helpline at 10PM.so I called up on 28th.They are not aware about my shipment.When I become little strict.they had promised me to deliver gift on 28th before 3 PM(Within 3 hours of calling me).
Till 6PM, Nobody came to deliver.I called up again then they promise it to deliver immediately with complimentary gift & finally they deliver cake like shit(Of course without complimentary gift).When I called up to complaint about quality of cake, they didn’t bother to receive call.
Dont choose this website at all.
