I usually don’t write bad reviews but in this case I have to. I am externally disappointed with this company. I just ordered cake and other items . sent 8 emails and called to confirm the timing of the delivery but they totally ignored all the emails and calling international was not cheap either the person just slammed the phone saying send email .didn’t bother to greet or have a second to hear my concern. WHAT KIND OF BULLSHIT is THIS? how can they run such a worldwide business with absolutely no courteous, unprofessional and lack of communication. OH BY THE WAY CREDIT CARD WAS charged right away they didn’t wait for a second when the order was placed unbelievable looks like they are just greed for money but not great customer service. so I will donate my money to them nothing in return .
DO NOT DO THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID with this company.
please do some research before placing an online order. NOBODY is perfect but atleast we can do some brain storming based on bad reviews .! I am sure our reviews has no value to them, they would just ignore . too bad to sad.!
