Have placed a request for gifts to be delivered in Lucknow. Was promised that it will be delivered in a day but was never delivered. There is only a Calcutta based mobile number is provided on the website, and ones they know there are issues with the order, your phone will never get answered.
They will disconnecting and extremely unprofessional behavior is shown. My money has gone down the drain. Don’t very use this site.
