Disgusting service.
I ordered a cake and gave clear instructions to deliver it by 11am. I did not get the delivery till 7pm until I lost hopes of receiving it. I do not know what took so much time to prepare and deliver a cake that too in a small city like Warangal. The executive are also equally horrible. They lied to me twice saying it would be delivered by 3pm.
The person also hung up the call when I complained. This company ended up ruining my surprise party for my dearest one’s bday!
