I would like to share my very bitter experience with floralgiftstoindia and indiaflowergiftshop(both are same) website. I’m requesting you all to not to buy anything in this website.they are all cheaters. When you read my story completely hen you will come to know about this website.

Love statue to surprise my husband for this valentine.
These all come for around rs.1900. I have placed this order on feb 13th, but i received the product only on feb18th. On feb 14th, i made a call to customs care many times, but no one is picking th call an the answer is not proper. Really I called them from Feb 14th morning business they picked the call only in the night at 9.00 pm and said today upto 10.00 the delivery will be done, so soon you will receive the product. But i didn’t. After that their mobiles got switched off, (in the website it is specified as 24/7). Then tomorrow morning i called them, hey are not pick my call, they see my no and disconnect the call continuously.
So I tried from my landline, when the girl heard my voice , she suddenly disconnected the line. Think of my situation, as I paid money and disconnecting the calls and didn’t receive the product. So, I have written so many mails customer care mail address very badly and message to that no also. Atlast, I asked them to cancel the order. But, I didn’t get any response, finally i got unworthy product from that website. The person who cam to deliver the product itself told that don’t disagree to get the product because they will not return back the money. Finally, I got unworthy product, i didn’t receive valentine big Archies card, it is a small post card size greeting card and butter cookies worth rs.479 I have ordered, but I received only Rs. 280. Then till now i didn’t receive a love statue.
Floralgiftstoindia is a very stupid and nonsense, cheater !already website .they will swallow your money surely and will not deliver the worthy product.
