Worst service by this website. I had ordered birthday cake from this site. Payment is made. I had to call multiple times to get status and support person says location is outside city and cannot deliver. When they cant provide service and I asked for refund. Arrogant person says no refund. When I track the order it still says processing. Never opt for this service. I lost my money also and precious moment to surprise my sister. And worst of all customer support. Only one person handles all the mobiles either for tracking order, cancellation etc
