Whatever I ordered from the website, it was not delivered. I am very much disappointed that the delivered things does not match with the one I ordered. I selected mixed coloured rose, but the bouquet was containing only two colours and the sizes were way too small, may be 1/4 of the actual size of the rose which they show on their website. Selected design of the cake was not delivered. The design was different and I can rarely see the pineapple touch over the cake, as selected cake was pine apple cake.No message on the cake, not even the name of the person for whom the cake was ordered, completely ridiculous. with bouquet there was no mini card for message. I left all the messages on the order form.
I am not sure why this negligence.I am not happy with the things coz they are not delivering what they are showing on the website. I am afraid that next time, I will not opt their website . As its money waste, time waste and effort waste. For sure the service was not gud also not in time. I mentioned the delivery time. In spite of that, they were not on time. On the whole, service, quality not good.
I would not use their service again. I hope you confirm at least twice with the customer care if you are going to order.
