Pathetic service I have ever seen.Customer support do not pick up call, after calling them at least 20-30 times when I asked for the reason of delay of my cake delivery they informed that 1-2 hours of delay is normal and you should not make issue out of it and he started dominating that after all it’s only cake what the ....I would suggest you never order from this provider.
Though customer support timing is mentioned as from 9AM IST to 9PM IST, consultant on phone told that how can you expect office to be open before 10AM????
