I placed an online order to deliver some flowers to my daughter for a function in India. They promise same day delivery on their website. I gave specific instructions about the deadline. The flowers were never delivered. When I complained they delivered it 8-10 hours late.
The flowers went straight into the bin as the function was over & people left the venue. The Indian Flower Mall cheats its customers & plays with the trust of international customers. I have reported this online flower scam business to Indian Consumer Court & online regulatory bodies.
Please don’t get tricked by them. They are better off selling fish than dealing with customers in a high end market of delivering flowers.
