I ordered flowered to be sent to my girlfriend on Valentine’s day but the flowers never reached her. I tried calling them on the number given on their website, but it was switched off all day. I sent them multiple emails but didn’t get a reply until 7 pm which just said "Your order is being processed".
Please do not even think of buying anything from this website. I’m yet to get my refund which at this point of time, i’m not even expecting!
