I wanted to buy the property in Pune and took decision to go with IH as I thought they would help in negotiation. However my experience was exact opposite. There was no effort taken in negotiation with builder. After booking flat, at least 4 different local brokers confirmed that they could have helped in booking same flat in much lower rate.
This was really shocking. And will not recommend for others.
