My experience with india homes has been horrifying,
Before you have made the booking, they will treat you like anything. Will provide pick and drop and receives calls properly etc.
But after you book the flat, they will forget you next day onwards. The will not pick up your calls also.Also they are very good at convincing people for wrong builders.
Actually they will recommned only those project with whom they have tie up and will show that they are neutral to any builder. And then you realize later that you were fooled by then and taken a wrong decision. Beware of Especially Vimal kumar and Tarun dhawan from Indiahomes.They dont provide the best deals. Later on I found that the other brokers were giving better deals than indiahomes.
