I am in the same boat. I booked my home through indiahomes and I got a credit note dates 20th Feb 2015. It took me lot of emails to get the credit note. After that I was told that I will be getting the cheque in Sept and then Nov. Now the company has stopped responding to my mails. I have the credit note of Rs 2.9 Lakhs.
Guys, I believe we should all get together and try to see more people are not cheated by the company. I have written off my 2.9 lakhs as I don’t have time or energy to go after them. But I want to make sure indiahomes feels the impact and other people are not cheated.
If we all get together then we can really make an impact. As of now I am looking at the following:
Legal action against the company. We can all contribute and get someone to fight for us.
We need to reach out to media and make sure other people become aware. Individually we can take about the company in online media and I can try to find someone in print media.
Reach out to Indiahomes senior management and investors. Unfortunately I don’t know any of the investors of indiahomes but I can use my contacts to see if I can connect with them. We need to reach out to the following people:
Samarjit Singh - CEO(I had his email but the mail bounced so it may be a wrong id)

Ashu Garg - Investor
Bala Deshpande - Investor
