Please avoid this portal as the are a bunch of incompitant guys. Just lost Rs.1400/- because of cancellations not processed in time. There are some great online portals, though like hotels.com, goibibo, yatra and many others who have far more efficient and courtious staff.
We have come a long age of online buying and need some common forum to deal with such lousy webside, service providers.
