I made a Payment of Tata Sky through their payment gateway. I also called their Delhi Office Branch, the staff appointed to take queries of the Customer is so pathetic and unfriendly and ill-mannered, that they don’t know how to treat their customers. I am highly DIS-APPOINTED with their services, first my payment is stuck in between and also, they take 48 hours for clearing the payment. I really don’t understand their process and working style.
