I placed two orders on Indiamags. When I called them after 15 days I was told that they deliver order in 5-7 weeks.! Then I asked them to cancel the order and I was told that the order goes to publisher and publisher will charge me Rs. 150/- for cancellation.!
The customer care is so rude that he didn’t even know how to talk to customers. Neither he wants to listen to the customer. These guys have worst customer care and outdated policies.
Guys stay away from Indiamags.
