I’ve been with the company for a year now and have no plans of spending another. They make you feel unimportant, incompetent and rip your soul apart at the drop of a hat. Be you an entry level employee or a mid-level manager, Life sxxxx for all. Except for the’Aggarwals’ and’Aggarwal shoe-lickers’.
Indiamart, with revenue of Rs 200 crore in March 2014, has over 2, 600 employees in 40 plus offices in the country. Faayda kya hai? Why hire when you are to eventually fire?
My mental peace, self-respect, happiness and above all, career aspirations all got burnt the day I bloody got into this stupid, mundane company.
Can’t really write a review on IndiaMART as they don’t deserve even our anger!
Piece of advise- In case you are educated, can get good jobs and have a rock-solid resume, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! And if you’re joining even after reading my review, DO NOT COMPLAIN IN CASE YOU’RE TORTURED AS YOU CHOSE TO BE TREATED BADLY.
