I own a International travel Company here. I Purchased 7 International Leads from India Mart and it has been told to me that all the leads are verified and confirmed and I purchased 7 leads(7* 500= 3500/-)
After several mails, Followups & International calls no one has turned up. When I called to Indiamart Customer care they said that leads which you have purchased were not verified.
Now the thing is if leads are not confirmed & verified then why they have charged 500 /- for per lead. After couple of calls to customer care they said that you can ask for reversal of leads only till 7 day of purchasing after that no reversal is allowed.
In Nut shell i’ll recommend not to purchase any lead from indiamart.. You’ll just loose your money that’s it.
