The site I have experienced it for about a couple of days like 6 days.
There are many bad experience from this site.
The customer service is an average because of the following reasons.
1) The calls are not being received always sometimes they ignore the calls.
2) The conditions they mention that they will give you varified buyers or sellers, in that some buyers or sellers are not varified and frauds happen.
3) The propoganda of site and feedback is always preffered then the comfort of the customer.
4) My experience is that 60000 rs. are not paid by a customer from this site and I complained the site care they replied we are not responsible for the matter but actually they promised to be middleman in the deal.
The taste of the site is good so far as they provide 5 customers a week and 20 a month as they say in their conditions. It is a very useful and plus point of the site. But how many are real and how many are frauds that we have to find as they donot take action against the fraud as they first said to us that they will be the middleman between us.
The deleviry time is depend upon the seller as we decide with them and it takes time according to the money we pay. Say for example. If we pay high amount for speed delevery then it would be fast and vece-versa.
The app is little convinent for use and easily be operated. But the website is little complex to use and it contains some virus. Rather I would suggest them to check it and update it regularly. So guys use any other option then this site.
The reliability of the site is not so fair as I mentioned in the above points so don’t use this app if you want a speed and a convinent business flow. Use other options.
