The same old story was waiting to be repeat. What I went through 10 months back from the hands of india marts so called smart personnel, i face once again.
I have purchased a mdc12 catalog from india-mart on dec 2010 the first time. It took 4 months to make and host the catalog that too without satisfaction and 6 more month to make some essential changes in the catalog.
Highly irresponsible staff will always take you for granted specially sunil chaubey.
I was really disappointing with their service, so it was decided that i will not go for further renewal.
Suddenly at the time of renewal , flocks of staff starts arriving into my office and started to convince me that, this time I wont be let down and would be given best service of all times.(lolz)
I was adamant not to give the renewal to india mart and hence the grace period of 2 months also expired.
Now a man called kishan from retention department started following up and admitted india mart mistakes felt sorry and one day, accompanied a very smart but very clever man called sudhanshu kumar.
Sudhanshu started his conversation by showing his car keys , mentioning that he has come by a car to meet me and holds some senior position in the company.
Being a good orator this man gave 100% assurance regarding the future services of india mart and all the previous grievances will be solved urgently including redesigning.so i believed this man and gave him renewal on 2/11/12.
Today at 15/12/12 I am still waiting for kishan to come and take changes.
Its very clear that people at India mart are useless and know only to take money out of the pockets of the customer and forget.
Now its final that I dont want any business with India mart so kindly refund my money back with damages immediately.
