I was cheated by India Mart and its Seller Autobrain Industry by sending a duplicate product(radiator fan motor) for my car.
I would like to elaborate the whole situation here. My old radiator fan motor was damaged and it eventually resulted in engine damage. Thus, I have to do all the engine works and made it like new which costed me Rs.40000 . I have done all the work, and in the process of it I needed a new original Radiator fan motor. I’ve approached Autobrain Industry via India Mart for the original radiator fan motor, and they told me that they are selling original radiator fan motors. So, i’ve decided to purchase from them and paid Rs.1650 . But the product they sent were faulty which resulted in damaging my whole car engine again and left me with nothing. I was forced to do the whole work again which will cost me Rs.40000 again.
Mechanic mentioned us that the engine temperature should be at an optimum level if the radiator fan is working properly. A week later, I was on a picnic with my family and small kids, The car was suddenly stopped in the middle of the forest. I had to call the mechanic from the town and had to pay them Rs.4000 and Rs.1500 for taxi and mechanic respectively. The temperature of the engine was dangerously high I thought that might be because of some problem with the Radiator fan motor. The mechanic was pretty sure that the whole problem came because of the Radiator fan motor as they have checked and scanned the whole car. The radiator fan motor was not working properly, thus the temperature rose and damaged the whole engine. To confirm whether that was the problem of the radiator fan motor, we dismantled it and checked inside of it. We were shocked as they have fitted old motor components inside a brand new body.
I know that these are mechanical and electric components and these might damage. But this seller was cheating me saying that these were brand new Original components. And it damaged within a week. It costed me around Rs.45000 because of his fraudulent activity
