I would like to share my experience with you regarding the conduct of this company:
I am running a website, which is designed hosted and marketed by Indiamart. Initially they assured me that, I ll be getting lot of response from this catalogue and website within 3-4 months. Further they ensured that in case if I don’t wish to continue with them, they will handover the complete rights of my domain to me such as username/password of Enom, EPP Code/Authorisation key and google apps password.
Now after examining the services and response from this website, I do not wish to renew the membership. My domains validity is about to expire and I have continuously been requesting them to provide me the details for my domain name, but they are least interested in responding to my request. It is suffice to mention that being a registrant of the domain, I have complete legal rights for the ownership of this domain.
I am not at all satisfied with the services, products and commitments of M/s Indiamart Intermesh Ltd. and alert everyone before making any deal with this company.
