I’ve been using Indiamart for more that three years now. Initially I listed my industrial chemicals business on the directory and later built a catalog too. But the most helpful service for me has been the buy leads, because it has helped me bag some international deals and helped me export my products. International sales have definitely been more profitable for my company. What has impressed me the most is the quality of buy leads I’ve come across. Excellent stuff.
The quality stuff has really made it a good value for money for me. And given kind of money that is at stake, I think it is important. Another thing I like about it is that I’m able to track these leads with an RSS feed reader. So as soon as some good deals fly past I’m able to pitch in. What I didn’t like was that once I had requested some changes to my catalog, but I wasn’t quite impressed with the tardiness of the customer service rep. So I had to speak with the manager to get the things done right.
My experience on the whole has been good. The internet presence has enabled me to compete better and the buy leads have really worked well for my business. As long as I continue to grow I’m happy.
