I have a website running with indiamart https://snbeads.com. I paid the renewal to the company on 24th September. A company representative came to me and committed the following points:- 1. All the pictures in website will be changed according to me without any charge. 2. PayPal Payment gateway will be there in website without any extra charge. Then that representative left the company and another one came. He said:-
All the pictures will be changed as committed and also new 5-6 pictures will be included without any charge.
How one can commit about paypal when we don’t own it. I’ll try to do when the commitment has been done.
Till now, whole payment of renewal has been done but nothing has been done, three months have passed. Not a single work has been done on my website. Company marketing executives can not be trusted in indiamart as they will make the any commitments to take the business. they just work for the first year so that they can take business for another year. When the renewal is paid, they just keep the money in their pocket and forget about the customer.
