I wanted to do business with a company called RG TRADERS that received "TRUST SEAL" certification from India Mart.
However, "TRUST SEAL" was "Scam Certification"
I deposited USD$173 for the purpose of buying a product from a company called RG TRADERS, and for more than a year after that, I didn’t send the product through all sorts of lies, and it was bothering my time and business. I had to receive a huge number of claims from my customers due to the delay in delivery.
In addition, India Mart employees thoroughly watched the fraudulent behavior of RG TRADERS, demonstrating extreme incompetence and irresponsibility in business handling. They did not show any willingness to eradicate the various scams taking place in India Mart.
From the buyer’s point of view, I think, is it not a symbiotic relationship between India Mart and a fraudulent company? If not, I would like to ask, is India’s business culture too tolerant of scams?

I was victimized by a scammer named Rohit Gaurkhede of RG TRADERS at India Mart, so I contacted the India Help Desk, and I would like to talk about the honest feelings I felt after sending and receiving several emails.

Almost everyone I’ve experienced has been very passive and noble. The content of the email was also almost silent.
These people earn a salary at India Mart and live by, are they really worth it?
Isn’t it common sense that the seller cheated and received money, of course, should send the goods to the buyer?

In the hell, even if one scammer commits a scam, it is normal for the Indian Mart staff to correctly face the situation, the scammer to admit the fault, and to reasonably resolve both sides.
To reject emails from customers, you shouldn’t get paid, and you shouldn’t eat. As a person, it is normal to pay for at least food and live the world.
