We had Listed our company( Stuti tourism Pvt Ltd) in Indiamart after assuarence of its Marketing executive that they will
1)Promote our website & also design it if we gave them the control panel .
2) Promote our site in 4 different websites including Hello Travels .
3) Will get listing in First page always .
What happened actually was completely contrary,
They just made some 3 pages catlogue on their site .
we got no inquiries so far ,
we lodged a complaint with their Agents & managers, there have been 15 different people who spoke t us didn’t do anything about our complaint & Refunds as we asked them to close our account & Process the refunds BUT in vain we have been just put in a trap of some senseless system & people just call assure something & vanish .
Their customtakeouter complaint Executive Mr Akash Kumar Panda Talks a Vindictive language he expects customtakeouters to listen to what he wants to say or settle for & doesn’t care as to what wrong has been happening( he has also Quoted that their Marketing executives Lie & Cheat customtakeouters) He insists that we settle for what they have to offer or they will keep doging us for few more months till our contract period gets over .
My recommendation is Don’t trust them . There is only 1 company who earns in the bargain & thats INDIAMART Alone .
Beware they just cheat
