We have written so may mail like this to the senior of INDIA MART BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET. You want to know this after complaining also didn’t ever bothered to call me also.
So you may understand that this peoples only take money in a professional manner but they are nothing less than SCAMMERS. So I personally advised every body to not to book any such false packages from them.
The mail which I have written to them is as below.. and this mail was forwarded to all the seniors like ZONAL HEAD, BRANCH MANAGERS AND TO THE HEAD OFFICE, but no one ever bother to call me up.

I think so the mail which I have sent on 16/05/2011 is not doing any good to me. You all are least interested in solving up my problems.I clearly wrote in the the mail that your Business manager- Client servicing- Mr. Amar Singh & Assistant Manager-Client Servicing-Mr. Arindam Das should come and meet me in 2 days of time from the mailing date. Now if I dont get this persons in my office by Tuesday then I will be very sorry to say that I will be going in for some action against your company.
Because after the mail this person didn’t bother to call me or neither bothered to mail me regarding the same.
I want your Business manager- Client servicing- Mr. Amar Singh & Assistant Manager-Client Servicing-Mr. Arindam Das to come up to my office with the person who is looking after the promotion of my company. I want to clarify all the things with them whatever they have promised me at the time of selling up the package to me. Whatever they commit should be confirmed by the person who is handling up my accounts. And they should be also confirming me the time duration for doing all this procedure. Either if you cant do all this then pay back me all the amount which I have paid to you in this tenure. I am warning you if this is not done then we will promote you in all the search engine and social networking sites and media sites with negative feedback.
Sir as this mail is sent to the ZONAL HEAD & BRANCH HEAD I have a high hope that this problem will be solved. If you’ll cant solve this problem then I think so nobody in the entire company can solve this problem.

We are very sorry to write this mail to you because we are not at all satisfied with the promotion you have done on my renewal. As I was not satisfied with your adverting last year also so this year I was not ready to go with the package but your Business manager- Client servicing- Mr. Amar Singh & Assistant Manager-Client Servicing-Mr. Arindam Das came to me and approached me with package which I was not ready to go with but he convinced me that this time he will do his part and look after the promotion and I will be getting all the details what promotion has been done on my mail weekly. But I am very sorry to say that from the day of making the payment he has not bothered to call me up neither he is picking up my call nor he is sending reports which was promised by his part as Business manager- Client servicing.
At the time of pitching me the package he told me several things but at the time of taking the money he clearly told me 1. BACK END SOFTWARE & 2. STATISTICS cannot be provided. But at the time of showing me the package he told me he will provide me with this also. So I was not ready but however he convinced me that he will give me Premium listing for 30 days so then I agreed and made the payment to them.He told me several other things which he had written down in the contract form of your company also but till now no progress has been done on that part. The thing he has promised are attached in the mail please go thru it and things which has not been done yet are as below

If your executive come and give us all the fake information and make fake promises at the time of taking the money. They are only spoiling your company’s name and reputation which you’ll have made it in years. As this cheating was done to me one my friend (KIRAN WIRENETTING STORES) who is registered with your company but this time I have told him not to go with YOUR FAKE DEALS ANYMORE BECAUSE LAST TIME HE WAS ALSO CHEATED BY YOU’LL. So this time I told him not to go with your package.And if this continue you will be losing your client base from every where. We as a advertiser doing mouth to mouth negative promotion of your company. Today Kiran Wire netting Stores is not doing the renewal next time if some body meets us and ask us the response we will say it directly it is a fake company don’t keep up their promises so don’t invest in them.
I want a clarification from your end is the promotion in the contract form will be done or not. If not please do inform us then we will take legal proceeding against your company. And I want Mr. AMAR SINGH & Mr ARINDAM DAS should come to my office and give me all the clarification. If after making the payment after 2 months if I am not getting anything done from your side then why to invest I your company. I wont spare my hard earned money like this.
And when I am asking your promotion what have been done they are saying we have done our part but we can’t show where the promotion has been done because its a secret of your company. If the promotion you are doing it is secret then we are very sorry to say then money which we are paying for the promotion and if we dont know where it has been done then there is no point doing the promotion of my company with you’ll. I also made a complain in one of mail id for all this but your executive are calling me and harnessing me everyday to take back the complain, I am not ready to take back the complain till I am not satisfied. If all the things are not solved in 10 days and if your so called Business manager- Client servicing- Mr. Amar Singh & Assistant Manager-Client Servicing-Mr. Arindam Das don’t come and meet me in 2 days of time then we have no other left to go legally against you. We will fight for our entire money back and compensation for the harassment which we have gone thru in these days from your end. We are taking out time from our busy schedule and calling up your Business manager- Client servicing- Mr. Amar Singh & Assistant Manager-Client Servicing-Mr. Arindam Das who are the person who we know as your company’s represtative and have given this money to them on good faith but if they dont pick up and neither respond me later also then this is bad business policy you’ll are maintaining, these person should be given proper training of BUSINESS ETHICS, and then they should be left in the field for sales.
I am also attaching the contract form of your company and the paper in which he written everything which will be provided to me.
