Radar near soldevanhalli bangalore

I was going to tumkur.on the way I saw a radar very far away from me.so went near it from the soldevanhalli station walked 10 kms.and reached it.it was a defense base guarded by high fences.

My cell phone showed the place as golden palm .i think its an air force base.form here they control the take off and landing missions.

Generally, the radar antenna sends out a short, high-power pulse of radio waves at a known frequency. When the waves hit an object, they echo off of it and the speed of the object Doppler-shifts the echo. The same antenna is used to receive the much-weaker signals that return.

This shows Indian Air force is not sitting quite.its conducting several missions in certain secret locations.

As far as iam concerned the place where I saw the radar was shrouded with mystery.it was very surprising because I discovered a such a location.I also have taken pics. But here iam not able to publish it.to see pics
