Well there is no doubt that India has the second largest army in this world, but after China and we all know it why, every year about 8oo crores are spent on the Indian army and there is no doubt that its important as well it make us feel proud + safer. But on the other hand U.S. is a country with strongest technology and economic potential but they too invest large amounts on building up army. My point is why not to spend some of that money on the scientists and the young generation who have brains and the capacity to do wonders.Indian army is counted among the best armies in the world, I know that India is a country surrounded by poverty and ENEMIES.But war never leads to peace. INDIA a land of culture, a land of dreams and it shall not engage itself in war, this is my opinion. I am PROUD TO BE iNDIAN and have a dream that someday i’ll return to my motherland and make a difference.We are overpopulated but the population has the motivation.The main idea is that like a lot of european countries India can also start an army educational program and take in every person over 18 years age and train them and prepare them to live their lives with dignity. For them who are interested it would be interesting even I have been to the Swedish army for a year and I think its the best experience I ever had. In this way army can be developed and population can be proved efficient
