I am customer of Indian bank since 3 years at pakari chawk rewa road muzaffarpur.they provide Very worst service.When I go to bank for transaction then always bank link is fail.They provide very poor service. Phone Banking is very bad of Indian bank.ATM availability is very few.It provide very slow internet banking. When I try to use internet banking it take more time for transaction.Customer service is completely worst.They do not behave like professional. This is the main draw back of bank.His staff don’t behave like government employee.This is very bad service provider.
I completely disappointed with Indian Bank I do not like his service and facility.I suggest you guys do not open the account in Indian bank.They provide very bad service.
