Hey people! I am here to share my review on my bank which is Indian Bank. I am a customer of this bank for the past three years. You can trust this bank for sure. You won’t be trapped at any situations.
Phone Banking:
There are more options available in this bank. One such is Phone Banking. There is an application name IndPay through which you can make all kinds of transactions as follows:
Balance Enquiry
Mini Statement of your account(Last 5 transactions)
Fund Transfer within the Bank from one account to an another one.
Fund Transfer to accounts of other banks in the form of NEFT scheme & IMPS.
Value Added Services like changing MPIN & MTPIN
ATM Availability:
There is more availability for ATM category. This process takes only few days to process when compared to other banks. It is always faster through my experience.
Internet Banking:
The internet banking process is also easier. You will have so much options in it. You do NEFT transactions and payments through net banking itself. And this site always loads faster and doesn’t give any issues. This site is highly secure. I have done lots of transactions through Internet banking.
Customer Service:
No doubt in customer service at all, because they stand up high in their services meeting up needs of each customer with patience. I have had almost 3 to 4 issues in my bank, and when I approach customer service, they handled my issue very smoothly and on time. I liked their patience.
