They were charging more for the customer, in first year of the atm card it will be free of cost but they are charging lot. in indian bank whenever the server is down only we can’t able to do successful payment through the indian bank. they are debiting the amount and the transaction is not successful, when we complaint for that means they are taking around 40-50 days to refund the amount. for maintaining the balance they are charging more amount.
