My experience with Indian bank is very good. About phone banking is average it takes time to check balance etc when we exact need. Its Atm service is good better than other government banks. I have been using rupay card and never get any problems regarding atm. Its Internet banking is awesome. Easy to use and it seems secure also which is very important. Only problem is sometimes its website close for few hours. Rest of all is good. Customer service is good. They guide, help properly. I am happy with their service. And experience may vary according to different branches and staff. Its obvious.
