Providing worst services with some lazy workers

I had some bad experiences with Indian Bank.


One time while swiping my debit card on shopping mall. They debited my money twice and didn’t provided me refund. I asked about it to bank manager with call, they asking me to come to bank with a hand writing letter for this issue. Except Indian Bank all other banks will refund this kind of money automatically.


They don’t have mobile app have to check our account balance and mini statement.


Even their toll free number to check balance also never work.


And their net banking site also very slow.
