I have been using Indian Bank for around four years. Indian Bank is one of the well known amd developed bank in the country. I started this account with the balance of 5000 INR. It is necessary to have atleast five thousand to start an account. The customer support is average in the sense because when ever I go to withdraw cash from the bank I have to wait for almost half an hour for every formalities that should be done. But definitely it is a safe place to deposit money there. Net banking service is good with Indian Bank. But ATM machines ate not provided nearby my arena. We have to move a long distance to find its ATM machines. My salary account is with Indian Bank and it is better compared to SBI. I never faced any hassle in banking with this bank. So, it is really a very good banking service. The rate of interest and charges are better. I have visited many bank that will close when the time is 4.00pm. But here queries are even possible at 6.00pm which is very comfortable for office going individuals. So, totally I am satisfied by their service.
