Of all the sports CRICKET happens to be my fav sport.I am kind of obsessed with the game and I enjoy it most for the excitement and the feeling of patriotism it creates.Also that the game is so unpredictable, it keeps you on your toes all the time, making you guess who will win in the end.For me, it will not be an understatement to make that INDIAN TEAM happens to be my fav team.The indian team has so many talented players, but their potential is not properly tapped or used.Some of them are underestimated and some of them are not given enough chance to prove their talent.I really feel sad for them b’coz I feel talent has to be displayed for the people to know.No doubts that we have some great players like SACHIN.T, SAURAV.G and to some extent RAHUL.D who are such good timers of the ball and can tear apart any team on their day.But I feel that b’coz of thier dominence in the team the other players are not given their due or encouraged.A few good players dont make a succesful team their has to be contribution from all sides to be a world class team.All the young players should be properly trained and encouraged to give their best shot.I feel the indian team lacks in team spirit and that killer instinct to win.They dont work as a unit, that’s why their winning records are affected and the consistency level is so poor.Even if they would have put half the talent they have into display they would have been a different team.I also wish they take more interest in their cricketing careers then acting in those stupid commercials.
Anyway’s hoping to see india, emerging as a better team on all levels and wishing them luck for ZIMBABWE series.
