To be World No1, a team need AllRounders with match winning attitude in todays cricket scenario. Gone are the days when a team need only specialists in one particular field(that to only batting or bowling). I’ll say Fielding has become the most important part in todays scenario....... batting and bowling follows next. It is because Batsman has to concentrate only the balls which he is facing, a bowler has to concentrate only the overs he bowls.... But a Fielder ?? He has to concentrate each and every ball of the innnings. Hence a team with best fielders always impact high mark.

Good leadership in the team(Captain)
Good leadership in the management
Experienced and dynamic coach
Recent Scenario
Indian team has all the necessary entities to be the World No1 but they sometimes miss with the most important entity ’’Fielding’’. But the youngstars coming nowadays to the team are very good fielders also; which we have not seen before in the Indian team. This is a positive thing happening nowadays. Sidhu to kuchh bhi bolta hai... lekin Nana(Nana Patekar) sahi bolta hai....abb hamare pass ek nahin chhe-chhe Tendulkar hain. We also have world class and experienced bowlers like Kumble and Harbhajan. Now we are a very good Fileding side also. This is the reason India is one of the best team in the World now. But still it has to go few miles to become the No1 team in the world. I will suggest to learn good qualities from rival teams and implement it in own team. It should learn ’’fightback ability’’ and ’’positive attitude’’ from teams like Australia and South africa. The Indian team should also learn the ’’Aggressiveness’’ from the Pakistani Players.
Can India Do it?
Why not? I am sure that they will. But they have to keep in mind all the points discussed by me. :)
