Not much helping in pandamic covid situation.
Due to covid I canceled my journey which was supposed to be March 23rd.
When I was cancelling the ticket, orders were free re-schedule in the same route. No free-cancellations. They said all prices are high in August 2020 and recommended me to cancel.They said, cancelation charges are applied as they did not get any clear notification on cancellation. I agreed to pay cancellation charges.
But unfair cancellation amount.
My ticket was$1003,
Airline already cut$300.
the day I requested cancellation they charged me another$130 for cancellation charges. total is$1133 and they said refund is$703
I argued why$130, they said it is vendor fee and we cant waive, even in covid situation.
though I got my money refunded in a week from airlines, I was little disappointed on double cancelation fee from indian eagle.
