My wife and I had booked a flight from SEA TO PHL for Christmas. For the onward journey, my wife was not able to join me. She took a separate flight in a fee days later. For the return journey, when we went to the airport it said her entire ticket was cancelled. I had to book a new ticket on the spot for her. Indian eagle made no refunds and did not even send a text or email with this information. Customer service just said that I should have looked at the website. Never trust these guys! It’s better to pay 1% extra and book through the authentic airlines website.
