Indian Idol is an excellent platform for Indian Artists. IndianKalakar.com provides a platform in the internet for Indian Artists to showcase their talent.
I would like to express my honest review for the website called IndianKalakar.com. Due to repeated attempts in getting a chance to join any of the Indian Reality Shows, I was a bit frustrated that instead of having good voice I could not even get a chance. One of my friend therefore suggested me to Join Indian Kalakar. This site help Artist to find their way through internet.
Once I registered through Indian Kalakar, I was getting occassionally call from organizers for stage performances. The opportunities that I got was not that great but for a start it was good enough. As I was desperate to find an opportunity, I took up those invitations from Organizers. While performing in one stage for one organizer, I was being introduced with others as a word of mouth. This in a span of 12-14 months made me aware of many organizers who look for Artists. That was now I have handful of opportunities. In summary I would like to say my thanks to the Indian Kalakar team through whom I got my first break. But at the same time want to also suggest to improve the performance of the site. It is sometime a bit difficult to browse from home.
They also have a Feature called "Featured Artist". I guess that will even help more but I have not explored the same.
